Calves keep on coming - now we are down to only five cows who haven't had their calves yet.
This week's featured calf is number 8:
Momma's name is "Button" for a tiny white mark on her lower belly (other side). She has no other white on her. This is another bull calf. Looking close, you'll see that he also has a white mark on his own belly. And that's a a brown color instead of pure black (again, like his momma). So feel free to give me your ideas for a name. Just reply to this email or comment on Gumroad with your inspiration...
Cozy Cottage (Tiny Home) Progress
Finally got the last nailers in. And I picked up the sheathing yesterday (despite the huge jump in price since March.) On the home stretch. Sheathing is a different type of wood cutting, since the raw material is big 4ftx8ft sheets instead of long 2x4's. Every single one of these sheets need to be cut to fit exact sizes - but then, we are dealing with a tiny home, not a full-sized one. Paining happens after the sheathing is done, and then electrical goes in after that. Outfitting with cabinets (and trim), then furniture - brings us down to the home stretch.
We started this in February. In a month or so, we'll be moving in...
Surprise Fiction Re-release - Walkaway Blues Anthology
This surprised me when I found a book out of this short series hadn't apparently made its way into its anthology. Or so it seemed - but mostly it had to be rearranged inside, and some minor edits done to make it flow as a series. So: new and improved...
Boy meets girl at a diner - and condemns thousands of ghosts to haunt forever.
Young John Earl Stark met Mary in a diner, an innocent girl who was just getting over a tragic outcome in her life. He helped her regain hope and gave her the tools to sort out her life.
A simple gesture. He also gave her his phone number.
But then hell broke loose.
John found himself in a time loop, so that he never made the decision to become a Ghost Hunter. He job should have been to help ghosts move on.
To his rescue came one of those ghosts-turned-spirit-guide, the great aunt of the original Mary. Who would return to being a ghost if she didn't succeed at this mission.
In the background are two humans who had to seek that time loop to escape their own chasers. Could they help Mary help John to break that time loop and make the best decision?
Find out what happens to John, to the young Mary, to great-aunt Mary, to the world of ghosts that John may or may not be destined to save...
All in eight short stories collected into this single anthology.

Again: the Breakthrough Copywriter Course is back!
These are 10 streaming videos which lay out the core data of this book - plus transcripts and bonus lessons.
There once was a copywriter who made millionaires from people who read his book - but never wrote an ad themselves.
Eugene Schwartz wrote a classic on copywriting that is probably one of the most powerful, and profitable, books on copywriting and marketing ever written.
That book has been kept available only as a rare hardback gift edition. Generations of copywriters haven't had access to this material. And the world would be a poorer place, except...
Schwartz was fortunately also prolific as a speaker.
So we are able to bring notes of his lectures and an insider's review of his classic text to you - so you can learn at the feet of a master once again.
You can learn:
- How to create ads which sell your products at the expense of your competition.
- Find which roles your customer really wants to play and align these to your product.
- Discover how to get a product to sell no matter how people have already heard about it or how many products like it are already out there.
- Learn how to control your audience by being their friend.
This tribute to his genius is also a guidebook so you can duplicate his success with your own copywriting. Or simply understand how to instantly recognize what is good advertising and what it not.
Marketing (and its advertising) is the one skill that enables you to achieve and maintain your success in any industry, anywhere on this planet. And that's been true throughout history.
How to learn what good marketing (and good advertising) consists of can be found in this book. And if you want to really learn how to write great ads on your own - the simple three step training program is here, too.
Please enjoy this journey to greater ease and profit. The genius of Eugene Schwartz can teach you, starting immediately.

Some new books working in the background.
Still working as I can to compile what I've learned about writing into usable texts and courses.
While the best authors never quit learning about their craft, one way to learn is to write the textbooks you wish had been around when you first started.
So I may take this back to building courses by investing in a video-creation service.
Studying Romance continues - in person.
My weeks are tight with too much work these weeks. Fencing and rotating pastures are competing with time spent studying my "certain other" who is very understanding - to a point. And we have our own adventures upcoming, which you'll hear about soon. But the overall point is not that it's hard to teach an old dog new tricks, but rather they come up with new approaches these can employ due to their wide, previous experiences...
And meanwhile... The updating and re-publishing continues.
I'm continuing in updating all the Ghost Hunter Anthologies. There are 14 of them, so you can get your collections updated. And down to the last two. Trick is, these last two were never published in paperback, so they couldn't be promoted as next in the series via the backmatter. I ended up having to update three at once. Once these are done, I start an adventure in advertising. My creative work will then be on non-fiction courses while I wait for these results. But look for video trailers for each book...
All this means is that you are still going to have some refreshed reading material every week, while I'm busy on the farm, building and repairing fences and other stuff, all while "studying" real-world romance in my "spare" time.
So - stay tuned...
Oh - wait, there's more: The recent results just confirm all I've been telling (some of) you for years - you can actually have and be anything and everything you want out of life. Really. Whether it's finding a dear companion or a million-dollar salary. And it's all in that "Strangest Secret Collection" (my characters named it the "decoder ring"). You only have to take the leap of faith and put it into use...
(Again, to get your updated copy, just reply to this and ask - I'll send you the most recent edition if you don't have yours or misplaced it.) As well, I do need to get some courses up, so I'll start working these in once I get all the major non-fiction books republished.
Become a First Reader
First readers have now become collaborators. And get the first inklings of a story before anyone else except me. Our interactions are what result in the Notes editions for each book. It's simple to become one - just raise your hand.

Thanks again for opening this. And reading these books.
And leaving a rating on the Living Sensical site for the stuff you buy there.
As well as leaving recommendations on Bookbub in addition to reviews anywhere else.
You know, that "paying it forward" kinda thing.
Do keep sharing these books with your friends, too.
I hope your life is not too interesting to be overwhelming, but sufficiently engaging to keep you amused. (Like some of us here...)
